时间是怎么推算的？来源与规则
有原话就按原话。“next hour”从原帖发布时间起算；明确钟点按原帖时区换算。PST、PDT 按对应偏移处理，未注明时区时以太平洋当地时间作假设，并明确标注。预估窗口另留 1–2 小时余量。
没写时间就提供参考窗口。参考太平洋时间 16:30–21:30；换算会考虑夏令时。这里只统计确认帖的发布时间，不能据此断言 Tibo 按下重置按钮的时刻。
近 90 天已收录的 8 个确认发布时间中，5 个落在该时段。
来源确认与预估分开展示。明确确认帖才显示“来源已确认”。预估窗口经过 6 小时后可显示“应已生效（预估）”，仍不计入确认记录。发卡不代表额度已恢复，确认帖时间不代表精确到账时间。
持续跟踪公开帖子。新帖每 1.0 小时检查一次，相关旧帖每 6.0 小时复查。消息自动发布，可以人工撤回；个人额度与重置卡余额请在 Codex 内查看。
