Finally, Zhao Fei called on industry peers worldwide to establish a consensus on industrial development with safety as its bottom line, strictly comply with laws, regulations and regulatory requirements, and reject false advertising and “pseudo-innovation.”

The approved function enables automated driving within a single lane on highways and urban expressways in congested traffic.
On December 20, the Traffic Management Corps of the Chongqing Municipal Public Security Bureau formally issued China’s first official license plate dedicated to L3 automated driving, “渝 AD0001Z,” to Changan Automobile, marking a new stage in which automated driving in China moves from technical validation to compliant commercial use.
