Apple’s watchOS 27.3 developer beta adds Siri Recap and Live Rewind. Siri Recap uses ambient listening to summarize conversations, while Live Rewind transcribes the last 15 seconds of audio detected by the watch’s microphone; users can view the text by double-pressing the Digital Crown.
