IT Home reported on November 4 that Coze, ByteDance’s AI development platform, has announced that it is working on integrating and upgrading its enterprise services and planning product and package options for enterprise customers to choose from later. As part of this integration, sales of the current Coze Enterprise Edition to new customers will be paused.

On August 24, according to Intelligent Emergence, ByteDance completed a round of team integration for its office AI products: the TRAE and Coze teams will be incorporated into the Doubao organization as a whole, while the product capabilities of TRAE Work and Coze will be integrated with Doubao’s capabilities for workplace scenarios.
On August 25, ByteDance launched “Doubao Work.” As a new Agent product and brand from Doubao for productivity scenarios, Doubao Work can autonomously break down tasks around a user’s goals, call tools and continue advancing complex workflows.
According to the announcement, during the pause in sales to new customers, existing customers may continue using the features included in their packages within the validity period specified in their contracts and until the corresponding packages are fully discontinued, and will continue to receive customer service and support. To accommodate the product integration and package upgrade plan, the Enterprise Standard Edition and Enterprise Flagship Edition will stop accepting purchases from new customers starting November 30, 2026. Customers who have signed contracts but have not yet placed orders should contact their business account managers to confirm arrangements for subsequent purchases and service activation.
