IT Home reported on November 6 that Huawei today rolled out the HarmonyOS 7.0.0.111 SP15 update for Mate 90 series phones, with a system package of approximately 727.57 MB.
According to the release notes, this update improves photo and video results when the phones are paired with the Huawei Ruiying Z10 modular camera and also improves overall system stability.
According to IT Home, the Huawei Ruiying Z10 modular camera, codenamed “King Kong,” integrates a Red Maple sensor and various other sensors and supports coordination with the phone’s SoC. Through AI coordination across software, hardware, and chips, plus intelligent fusion focusing, it achieves fast, accurate, and stable autofocus. It has an independent optical image stabilization module that works with the Kirin chip to deliver a flagship-level stabilization experience.
