安森美拟收购 Ferric，上调 AI 数据中心营收目标
onsemi announced plans to acquire Ferric for $600 million in cash plus up to $175 million in contingent cash consideration. The deal is expected to close by the end of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions. Ferric’s integrated voltage regulator combines several power components in one package; onsemi raised its 2030 AI data center revenue target by $500 million to more than $3 billion.

该交易预计将于 2026 年底完成，但需满足惯例成交条件。约 50 名 Ferric 员工将通过这笔交易加入安森美。

Ferric 的 IVR 技术将电源控制、FET、电感器、电容器集成到单一紧凑封装中，与传统的独立电压调节器相比可节省 50~70% 的电路板面积占用，同时支持更高密度的电力输送。
由于这笔交易，安森美将其 2030 年人工智能数据中心营收目标上调 5 亿美元至超 30 亿美元。
