IT Home reported on October 30 that Anthropic’s official @claudeai account posted a series of updates on X yesterday (October 29), announcing upgrades to its mobile app covering iPhone, iPad, Android and Chromebook, as well as the web and desktop versions.

For account management, Claude on iOS and Android now supports keeping multiple accounts signed in at once and switching directly between them, without repeatedly signing out and back in.
On large-screen and foldable devices, the experience of Claude for Android is moving closer to the desktop version. According to the company, the app now offers a resizable sidebar, trackpad and right-click controls, and the same keyboard shortcuts as Claude Desktop on Chromebook, Googlebook and foldable phones.
Language and voice capabilities have also expanded. Claude has added 24 languages across the web, desktop, iOS and Android versions, bringing the total to 33, including Bengali, Danish, Swahili, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Vietnamese.
Voice mode now responds faster and recognizes speech more accurately in noisy environments or when users speak softly. Non-English speech sounds more natural, and voice features are now available on more Android phones.
