Brightspeed and Nvidia discuss converting older telecom buildings into small data centers

According to The Information, Brightspeed and Nvidia are discussing a plan to convert about 130 Brightspeed buildings in the US. Nvidia has submitted a written proposal, but the project still needs cooling infrastructure and local approvals. OpenAI and Anthropic are also considering similar small data centers.
