Altman responds to memory remarks controversy, calls for more production

OpenAI CEO Sam Altman says his remarks about memory in personal computers and resource use in data centers were taken out of context. He says people should be able to install as much memory as they want and that he has long called for more memory production. He has not disavowed the view that concentrating memory in data centers may be more efficient.
