Apple announces November 4 developer beta for Apple Intelligence in China

Apple says the first Apple Intelligence features will enter testing in China with an iOS developer beta on November 4, with a wider release planned alongside iOS 27.3 in December. Some experiences will integrate Alibaba’s Qwen. Initial features include writing tools, visual intelligence and live translation, but exclude the next-generation Apple Intelligence features announced at WWDC 2026.
