Bank of America has told customers they’re responsible for anything an AI agent does using their login. Its email warns against giving any outside service a username and password, including AI agents that offer to act for customers. Morgan Stanley now blocks third-party agents outright, while JPMorgan keeps outside agents such as Meta’s Muse out of customer accounts.
